Procedure of Lodging a Complaint/ Compliment

  • Any member of the public who wishes to lodge a complaint MUST put in writing the nature of the complaint in the form of a letter or email to the ODPP.
  • The letter/email should contain detailed information relevant to the issue being complained.
  • The complaint/ complement in form of letter or email can be sent to:

A follow-up on the complaints lodged at ODPP’s Complaints and Compliments Section and related matters can be done through:
